Welcome! You are invited to attend weekly meditation classes with international teachers from Dharma Europe. Whether you are brand new to meditation or already familiar with it, and have an exploratory frame of mind, this is an opportunity to receive a rich tapestry of ancient and contemporary tools and teachings that are easy to follow and put into practice within a like-minded group of people .
In this Fall/ Autumn 2025 series, we will focus our meditations on the senses. We will explore not only the traditional senses of sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell, but also some others that reach more subtle dimensions: the mind, interoception (or internal body awareness), and proprioception (or the body moving in space).
Through expert guidance and practices, these meditations and contemplations will help you develop a deeper awareness of your moment to moment experience. We will also explore together the benefits that such a practice brings to your daily life. Past participants have expressed a greater ability to reduce reactivity while increasing bliss, calm, and clarity.
