Join us for a weekly online class exploring the art of breathing meditation (Anapanasati) with Jonathan Clifford.
Each session includes guided meditation and may also feature gentle Qigong or Tai Chi practices to support relaxation and awareness.
These classes offer a welcoming space for questions, exploration, and deepening your practice, and are a great way to prepare for joining the daily online Breathing Meditation group sits.
All levels welcome.

We gather six days a week to explore Anapanasati – Mindfulness of Breathing, the path of liberation taught by the Buddha and the very practice through which he awakened.
The container is held with care to support continuity, depth, and collective discipline.
If you're new to this practice, we kindly ask you to first attend a Monday Evening Anapanasati Class, where you'll receive clear guidance on how to begin and have space for asking questions.
If you are already an experienced practitioner and you feel called to join this daily sit, please reach out to us directly.

We explore how the teachings come alive in our daily lives, drawing inspiration from texts such as Namgyal Rinpoche's Body, Speech and Mind, and Qapel Doug Duncan's Dharma If You Dare. Recent themes include the Bodhisattva Vow, the art of skillful communicationand how we make decisions.
